We woke up late and missed the ride to our coffee tour, so we went out on our own. We ran into these two ladies who told us it was too dangerous for us to be walking around this part of town.

They took us to the jeep operators, and we negotiated with them….

To get us here

We ended up catching up to the tour right as it was about to start, so all was well. Tiemo & Rolf constantly reminded me that the Dutch were the first to introduce coffee to the world.

Yes, same. I needed an afternoon pick me up today.

I had a cappuccino earlier after only drinking decaf coffee or tea for the past month and a half and now I feel like Leslie in this video.

I’m just going to imagine I’m ingesting all of this. I’m already hungry for lunch, and still have another week and a half of no coffee :-/
